This secluded estate is a short 5 minute drive to the market town of Le Lude with a choice of restaurants and local amenities and La Fleche and Chateau-la-Valliere are 15/20 mins away. Further afield Le Mans and Angers are around 30 minutes and Tours around 45mins. Easy access to autoroutes and on to Paris (2h30) or beyond.

One of my favourite properties offering plenty of private space for family, friends and maybe paying guests to enjoy in this popular part of the Loire Valley. A viewing is highly recommended.
