Located in the heart of this popular medieval village on a number of tourist routes, opposite the listed bridge over the river and just across from the church it’s difficult to find a more suitable location for a traditional French property.

There are a number of entrances into the property from the main front door, the gated courtyard, the side gate or even through the garage leaving you plenty of scope to decide which one suits your lifestyle best. With of course the option to keep access to the annex separate from the main house. The annex offers a large room with bar area, a substantial store to the rear and attic space above … an opportunity to extend this usable area with internal conversions to create more space. There are gents/ladies toilets separately and a covered veranda al-fresco area. Through the flowered archway is the garden, laid to lawn and walled on three sides this provide a private functional area in which to relax and/or entertain. Access to the rear of the garage with parking for one car from the other side and a side gate offers again numerous options.

The village is charming and the local mayor is keen to see a new activity on site if the new owners so wished. The current owners have had a new gas boiler fitted and the whole roof replaced by registered artisans from the “Batiment historic de France” as this building among many others in this area has historic significance and it is impossible to miss and is regularly photographed by passing cyclists and tourists who regularly visit this area.
